Refund Policy
At MDM Marketing Ltd, we are committed to delivering work that meets your expectations. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for a Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if the following conditions are both met:
We have been unable to deliver work that meets your reasonable requirements after five (5) revisions.
Your refund request is made within twenty-one (21) days of the original order date.
Each revision must include clear, actionable feedback so that we can address your concerns effectively. If satisfactory work has not been achieved after five revisions within the 21-day window, we will issue a full refund upon request.
48-Hour Delivery
Our 48-hour delivery timeframe applies to first drafts only and is calculated in working hours — Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT). Weekends, public holidays, and hours outside of this window are not included in the 48-hour count. Revision turnaround times are separate and may vary depending on the complexity of the changes requested.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at matthew@mdmmarketingltd.com with your order details and a summary of the issues encountered. We will review your request and respond within 5 working days.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued where: the work delivered meets the original brief and requirements; fewer than five revisions have been attempted; the refund request is made after the 21-day period; or the client has failed to provide clear feedback during the revision process.
